Utilisez ces ports si votre client mail ne supporte pas SSL natif ou si votre pare-feu bloque 465/993/995.
Depannage rapide
- Identifiant = adresse email complete (ex: prenom.nom@domaine.com).
- Mot de passe = celui defini dans le Manager Infomaniak.
- SMTP requiert l'authentification (meme identifiants).
- Si l'envoi echoue, essayez le port SMTP 587 en STARTTLS.
Conseil d'expert
Nous vous recommandons d'utiliser le protocole IMAP. Contrairement au POP3, l'IMAP synchronise vos messages sur tous vos appareils (ordinateur, smartphone, tablette) et avec le Webmail d'Infomaniak.
